Lalbaug area fire mishap: 30 year old who fell from Balcony DIES; Mayor Kishori Pednekar on spot

 A 30 year old man who jumped from the balcony to escape fire fell down from the balcony and later died. The deceased is only 30 years old. It is being told that interior work of some flats was going on. Mumbai Mayor Kishori Pednekar has reached the spot.
