Lal Qila Ruckus: Delhi Police arrests Dharmendra Singh Harman, 124 arrested so far

The Delhi Police has made one more arrest in relation to the Lal Qila ruckus case. Last night, Dharmendra Singh Harman was arrested on the basis of the videos that surfaced after the Lal Qila ruckus incident. So far, 124 arrests have been made by Delhi Police.
