Lakhimpur Kheri Case | What will be Union Home Ministry's stand over Ajay Mishra Teni?

As per the sources, the Union Home Ministry will not take any action against MoS, Ajay Mishra Teni in Lakhimpur Kheri case as the SIT and the Court is investigating the case.  The opposition is demanding action against the minister in the Lakhimpur Kheri violence case.
