Jyotiraditya Scindia's Twitter picture raises questions

Jyotiraditya Scindia changed his Twitter profile picture afer his induction into BJP. The picture is from the presss conference addressed by him. However, his Twitter bio does not mention BJP anywhere. 
Rahul Gandhi had retweeted a December 2018 post in which he is flanked by MP Chief Minister Kamal Nath and Scindia. Scindia had alleged he had tried to reach out to Sonia Gandhi, but could not establish a contact.
