Woman living in Bhopal slum receives electricity bill of Rs 30,000

Electricity department offcials are mute over the high electricity bills. A woman living in a slum area in Bhopal is upset and angry after recieving an electricity bill of Rs 30,000. She has no means to pay it. A Congress leader recieved a bill of Rs 90,000. Watch ground report from Bhopal.
