Will it be jail or bail for Bikram Singh Majithia in drugs case?

The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leader Bikram Singh Majithia was booked under NDPS act by the Punjab police for his alleged involvement in drugs case. This is why SAD leader moved to Punjab and Haryana High Court seeking anticipatory bail. Today, the court will hear the case. 

Talking to media, Majithia said that the move was made just before elections in order to target him.
