Why did Kangana Ranaut withdraw suit against BMC from Bombay HC?

The tussle between Kangana Ranaut and the BMC has been going on for a long time. In the recent case, BMC had sent notice for her Khar flats where she had done some renovation work without getting it approved from BMC beforehand. This is the bone of contention between BMC and Kangana Ranaut.
