Why are political parties in Delhi playing politics over Covid crisis?

Amid rising cases of coronavirus, the political parties in Delhi are busy politicising the situation. AAP, BJP and Congress are playing blame game over mismanagement during the crisis.
 
The Supreme Court of India raised questions on the Delhi government for not conducting enough Covid tests, to which Delhi health minister Satyendra Jain replied that everything is being done as per ICMR guidelines.
