When Prem Shukla addressed Kamlesh Rai as 'cartoon'

During the debate over opening up of bars and pubs amid Coronavirus and keeping the religious places shut, Bharatiya Janata Party's Prem Shukla indulged in a war of words with Shiv Sena's Kamlesh Rai. He said that Kamlesh Rai was nothing less than a cartoon who believed that opening up of pubs would help the unemployed and temples will not.
