The state of West Bengal has witnessed bumper voting during the first phase of polling. Apart from few violent incidents, people came out in large number to cast their votes. On the other hand, Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Bangladesh visit gave an opportunity to Mamata Banerjee to launch a scathing attack against him.
