The D-Day is here and the counting of votes for 292 assembly seats will begin shortly. All eyes are on the high profile seat Nandigram where Mamata Banerjee is contesting against BJP's Suvendu Adhikari.
A three-tier security arrangement is in place in West Bengal's 108 counting centers and at least 292 observers have been appointed and 256 companies of central forces deployed across 23 districts of the state that voted in a grueling election marred by violence and vicious personal attacks, as per PTI.
