Water level of Rapti river increases in UP

A house was washed away after a flood caused by a swollen Rapti river in a village in Uttar Pradesh. In another video, a man crosses a flooded road on his bike risking his life. Incessant rains in UP have caused most of the rivers to flow above the danger mark.
