Water everywhere: Flood visuals from Bihar, UP, Uttarakhand and Rajasthan will stun you

Uttarakhand's Dharchula suffered a cloud-burst incident. Post it, at least eight people are reported to be missing. On the other hand, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh are suffering due to flood. In Uttar Pradesh, 18 districts and more than 600 villages have been affected due to heavy water-logging and flood.
