Water everywhere: Bihar bears the brunt of Cyclone Yaas

After causing chaos in West Bengal and Odisha, Cyclone Yaas impacted Jharkhand and Bihar. Bihar has been receiving rainfall since more than 24 hours now and this is why there is heavy water-logging.
