Visuals of the arrested accused in Delhi encounter

Delhi: The five people arrested with arms and drugs following an encounter with Special Cell of Delhi Police in Shakarpur area today morning. Two of them are from Punjab and rest three are from Kashmir. According to police officers they were in Delhi for target killing. One of the 5 people arrested is suspected to be linked with murder of Shaurya Chakra awardee Balwinder Singh in Punjab.
