'Virus of terror' MEA Jaishankar's veiled dig at Pakistan

In a meeting of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, Minister of External Affairs S Jaishankar passed a veiled remark against Pakistan without directly mentioning the western neighbour. Jaishankar said that as the world fights the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, one of the member nations is responsible for spreading the "virus of terror". 

Jaishankar's comments are in line with PM Modi's comment referring to Pakistan in the meeting of NAM nations.
