Vikas Dubey traveled by a car having UP number plate

UP Police has seized car by which gangster Vikas Dubey travelled and reached Ujjain. The car is having number of Uttar Pradesh. He was seen travelling by an auto which suggests that he was dropped at some place by the auto from where he took this car for further travel.
