Vikas Dubey manages to hide for days in Faridabad, escapes before cops' arrival

Huge negligence on the part of the Uttar Pradesh Police has been reported. Wanted Gangster Vikas Dubey kept roaming within a 3 km radius in Faridabad and the cops were unaware of the fact. He managed to hide in Faridabad for days and escaped before cops could lay their hands on him.

He was spotted in a CCTV footage in which he can be seen boarding an auto-rickshaw.
