Gangster Vikas Dubey has been shot dead by Uttar Pradesh police when he tried to flee from the clutches of the police. 

The last journey of Vikas Dubey was of 12 hours after which one of the vehicles met with an accident. Taking advantage of the accident, Vikas tried to run away. It was at this moment when the police shot him dead. Take a look.
