Varanasi: Covid-19 turns into an opportunity for the weavers

Due to Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, the economy has taken a huge hit with many people in unorganised sector losing jobs. One section of them is weavers in Varanasi that used to produce sarees. But during lockdown and lack of orders, they lost their jobs. But now, the same weavers are using there art to manufacture PPE kits that can be sold in domestic marks as well as exported for foreign markets. Watch this report.
