Uttarakhand: People risk lives as they cross rough bridge over flooded river

In Uttarakhand's Chamoli, people are risking their lives. Uttrakhand's Chamoli is facing floods and people are facing various problems on a daily basis due to it.

In Chamoli, people are forced to risk their lives as they have to cross a rough bridge built over the flooded river. 

In the video, it is clearly visible how locals of Chamoli are croosing rough bridge and a tree is being used to cross the flooded river.
