Uttarakhand HC's registrar suspends Dehradun district judge

Registrar of Uttarakhand High Court suspended district judge Prashant Joshi for using private car to reach Mussoorie rather than government car. The private car Audi that the Dehradun District Judge used to travel to Mussoorie was booked on someone else's name.
