UP: Unique punishment to man for not wearing mask in Hapur

Policemen in Uttar Pradesh's Hapur district gave an unique punishment to a man for not wearing mask in the market. The policemen made the man speak on loudspeakers and make people aware of wearing masks amid the coronavirus crisis. The man said he did not have money to buy mask.
