UP irrigation dept's junior engineer accused of sexual harassment

Junior engineer Ram Bhawan of UP's Irrigation department is accused of sexually harassing minors. He is below 40 years of age and used to post such videos on the internet after shooting them on camera. He used to harass children of age group 5 to 16 years. He was presented before the CBI's special court.
