UP: Increasing crime raises questions on Police

Congress leader Vinod Pandey was beaten up by people who came to demand 'justice' after an explosion at the factory at Mohalla Khatikan in the Delhi Gate area. 

Rescue operations were being carried out after the blast at the factory in Khatikan locality of the area. Meanwhile, Congress leader Vinod Pandey reached there and sat on the dharna. The angry mob then thrashed Pandey.
