UP Home Department sends Love-Jihad law proposal to Law Department, Provision for 5-7 years of punishment

On the lines of Madhya Pradesh, preparations are being made to enact a strict law against love jihad in the state. According to sources, the Home Department has sent a proposal to the Department of Justice and Law.

BJP's Siddharth Nath Singh has said that a strict law that can help to stop such cases.
