Unlike PM, Shivraj Singh Chouhan says outsiders won't be allowed to sell produce in MP

Shivraj Singh Chouhan had a tongue in cheek moment when he spoke against Prime Minister Narendra Modi while taking in favour of Madhya Pradesh farmers. Chouhan was addressing a rally during which he said that none of the outsiders would be allowed to sell crops in MP and if they would try to do so then they would be put behind bars.
