Union Home Minister Amit Shah congratulated the people of Bihar for NDA's victory through a tweet. He wrote that this is the victory of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Nitish Kumar's double-engine development. 
The NDA has returned to power in Bihar after winning 125 seats in all.
