Union Health Secretary avoids question over purchasing COVID-19 vaccine from Russia

An expert committee meeting is to be held today over the COVID-19 vaccine. In this meeting purchase of the vaccine from Russia will also be discssed.

Russia has claimed to develop a vaccine against the deadly Coronavirus. However, the Union Health Secretary avoided a question on the same and called it hypothetical.
