U'khand Glacier Burst: New lake forms with stagnant water, another disaster awaiting?

Uttarakhand has faced massive destruction due to the glacier burst which affected the power plants of Tapovan and Raini sites. The rescue operation is underway and many lives have been saved. But recently, a new phenomenon has been discovered where a new lake is being formed with the stagnant water at Rishiganga and this may result in another disaster.
