Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the NCC (National Cadet Corps) rally at Cariappa Ground in Delhi at around 12 noon today. This rally is actually the culmination of the NCC Republic Day Camp and is organized every year on January 28. During the event, Prime Minister will review the march past of NCC contingents and see the NCC cadets display their exquisite skills of flying in microlight aircraft, parasailing, etc. The best cadets will be given medals and batons by the Prime Minister.
