Top 20: Delhi police seal Tahir Hussain's house

A video is going viral in which Aam Aadmi Party Councilor Tahir Hussain can be seen strolling on his terrace during the riots in the Chand Bagh area of Delhi. This video shows how petrol bombs were thrown at residents from the same terrace. Tahir has also been accused of using inflammatory words and getting IB's Ankit Sharma killed.
