These BMC posters in Goregaon amid downpour may stun you

Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) have put up posters in Goregaon amid the downpour. They say that if people fall or meet unfortunate accidents due to potholes and borewells then BMC won't be held responsible.
