Terrorists arrested in Delhi linked to killing of Shaurya Chakra awardee Balwinder Singh Sandhu

A huge terrorist activity has been foiled by the special cell of Delhi police. The special cell arrested five terrorists from Chhatarpur area. Two are Punjabis whereas three are Kashmiri terrorists who were arrested after brief exchange of fire.
