Authorities are currently searching for eight tigers in Lakhimpur Kheri using two drones and twenty cameras. The search is underway after a recent tiger attack resulted in the deaths of three people in the past month.Three days ago, a tiger attack in the Imliapur village of the Haidarpur police station area led to the death of 45-year-old Amrish while he was cutting grass. Forest officials are using drone cameras to locate the tiger responsible for this attack. DFO Sanjay Biswal stated that efforts are being made to capture the tiger soon. He explained that recent rains and flooding have driven the animals out of their usual habitats. Tigers can move up to 10 kilometers in a day. To address the situation, four traps have been set up. Biswal added that several NGOs are collaborating with the authorities, and the Forest Minister has issued directives to capture all eight tigers. The aim is to relieve the local population from this threat as soon as possible.
