Tejashwi Yadav releases manifesto, promises permanent jobs, revive old pension scheme

Rashtriya Janata Dal's Tejashwi Yadav has released Pran Patra ahead of Bihar Elections. The manifesto states that if RJD is voted to power then the party will provide permanent jobs instead of contract ones and will revive the old pension scheme. 10 lakh jobs are being assured by the party leader too.
