"Respected Prime Minister did not say why the unemployment rate of Bihar is 46.6% despite the double engine government? Why there is migration from every other house in Bihar? Why Bihar tops in NCRB statistics? According to NITI Aayog, why is Bihar lagging in the education sectors," Tejashwi Yadav wrote on his Twitter account.
