The BJP has targeted the Aam Aadmi Party, accusing a close aide of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal of assaulting the party's Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal at the former's residence. BJP leaders Amit Malviya and Kapil Mishra among others said the former Delhi Commission for Women chief was attacked by Kejriwal's former PA Bibhav Kumar and that she called the Delhi Police from the CM's home to report the incident. AAP Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal on Thursday gave a Police complaint in the assault case against Bibhav Kumar. The complaint comes hours after senior Delhi Police officials visited the residence of Swati Maliwal. She was allegedly assaulted by Bibhav Kumar, former PS of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
