Swati Maliwal Assault Case: AAP Rajya Sabha MP Undergoes Medical Check-UP At AIIMS | ABP News

AAP Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal underwent a medical examination on Thursday night at AIIMS. The examination lasted for long four hours, from 11 PM to 3 AM.

The Delhi Police have registered an FIR in connection with the alleged assault on AAP MP Swati Maliwal by an aide of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Bibhav Kumar, Kejriwal's assistant, has been named as an accused in the case.

The National Commission for Women has summoned Bibhav Kumar, former Personal Secretary to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, in the Swati Maliwal "assault" case. Kumar has been accused of assaulting former Aam Aadmi Party MP and former Delhi Commission for Women chief Swati Maliwal at the CM's residence in Delhi.

Issuing a notice against Kumar, the women's panel has asked him to appear in person tomorrow, Friday.
