Sushil Modi accuses Lalu Yadav of buying MLAs

According to the former deputy chief minister of Bihar Sushil Modi, Lalu Yadav is giving offers to MLAs from jail promising them a seat in the ministerial cabinet. He called the RJD supremo and warned him that he will not succeed in doing so. 

If he has recorded this conversation then it will come to light eventually.
