Sushant Singh Rajput's father files written plea in Supreme Court

Sushant Singh Rajput's Father KK Singh has filed a written plea in Supreme Court. As per this plea filed by late actor's father, Patna Police has the right to register an FIR. 

Earlier Bihar Government has filed a written plea in the apex court. Even Rhea Chakraborty has filed a plea in Supreme Court seeking demand to move the case to Mumbai Police.

The Union government has approved Bihar Government's demand to hand over Sushant Singh Rajput's case to CBI.
