Supreme Court declines to stay CAA | Super 40

The CAA, passed in the Parliament last month, seeks to provide Indian nationality to Hindus, Christians, Sikhs, Parsis, Jains and Buddhists fleeing persecution in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh before December 31, 2014. Today i.e Wednesday, Supreme Court declined to pass any order to restrain the operation. It also asked Centre to file response within four weeks. Watch this detailed segment of Super 40.
