Stubble burning not primary cause of smog in Delhi: Pinaki Misra

Pinaki Misra was speaking in Lok Sabha when he thanked the speaker of the house to allow the parliamentarians to discuss the issue of air pollution. Speaking about stubble burning, he said it was not the primary issue but just a contributor.
