Stubble burning leads to rise in Shamli's air pollution; Is Delhi next?

Stubble burning in Haryana has led to rise in levels of air pollution in Uttar Pradesh's Shamli. The only question here is if Delhi would be next. All of this is happening before Diwali and hence it is highly likely that the air quality will be dangerous after the end of festivals.
