Strict scrutiny of all states over lockdown rules till April 20

In his third address to the nation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had extended the lockdown in India till May 3. He told that the reduction in hotspots will give more relaxation to residents.
Apart from this, he said that the strictness of lockdown rules and minute scrutiny will be done in all the states for a week that is till April 20. 

On the other hand, PM Modi praised the Indians for following the lockdown rules religiously. He also praised the frontline workers.
