Social distancing norms flouted in Bareilly, Dewas

In Uttar Pradesh's Bareilly and in Madhya Pradesh's Dewas, social distancing norms were flouted by people. The residents gathered in large numbers and were found without any masks on their faces.
In Bareilly, it was an exam for the Block Education Officer when the candidates reached the exam centre in large numbers and neglected social distancing whereas, in Dewas, Congress' Jitu Patwari was welcomed with a lot of pomp and show amid ignorance.
