Shocking: 3-yr-old girl swept high in air with giant kite in Taiwan, watch visuals

In Taiwan, a Kite festival turned into a shocking scene to witness when a 3-year-old girl got entangled by the end of a giant kite and was swept high in the air for around 30 seconds. 

The high tide & kite took her at the height of 100ft. Watch the visuals of the incident in this video.
