Russia-Ukraine war: India slams Bucha killing; supports independent investigation

S Jaishankar, the External Affairs Minister, voiced worry about the Bucha deaths in the Lok Sabha on Wednesday, adding that New Delhi had requested a probe. Specifically, over 400 Ukrainians have died as a result of Russian shelling or Putin's forces' brutal torture. However, as of now India did not make its stand clear over the ongoing war between the two nations and kept itself out of the voting.
