Relief for Pilot camp as SC defers case for July 27 | Audio Bulletin (23.07.2020)

The Supreme Court heard the petition of Rajasthan Assembly Speaker CP Joshi which challenged the Rajasthan High Court order barring him from conducting disqualification process against Pilot camp till July 24. Further, the apex court deferred the case till  July 27.

On the other hand, SC said that proceedings of the Rajasthan HC will not be stayed.
