Ravi Shankar Prasad's strong reply to Congress over questions on India-China & lockdown

Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad today attacked Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for asking questions about the standoff between India and China on Twitter.

He also asked why is Rahul Gandhi raising questions on lockdown when the Congress-led state government in Punjab was the first one to impose a curfew. What about that, he questioned.
